We’re back! In May 2020, we created our 34 Day Challenge as a one off virtual event to support you through the first national lockdown. 

You loved it. We loved it. So, after a long winter, the 34 Day Challenge is back and here to get you over the final lockdown hurdle. We’re challenging you to put your mental health, your fitness and yourself first, to 'Keep Moving' for you and the 34 young adults diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK.
